A Change Of Rules

The Man has decided to bump up the available slots in the HWC baseball league from 14 to 20. The regular HWC Baseball league now has seven open slots left, so if you want to join, do it fast. However, the Man has a great idea for a new league in case you can't get into the 20 team league.

It's a futility league, where you are awarded for having bad players, and good players are punished.
