Turner's $2 Million Mistake

Turner Broadcasting and the marketing company Interence Inc. have been ordered to shell out 2 million dollars to cover the cost of the "bomb scares" and to cover "restitution" from the agencies who carried out the orders to neutralize the perceived threat.

What's even funnier is the fact that CNN, who is owned by Ted Tuner, reported on the incidents without knowing the fact that their own parent company was responsible for the hoax until Turner Broadcasting issued them the official statement that it was a hoax.

Question to ponder:
Exactly when DID CNN discover the incident was a hoax, and how long did it take that information to reach the anchor desk?
