Really? I wonder why...

HA has a possible explanation for the saying,

Maybe it was a translation error and he meant “There will be no gays in Iran”?

And for once, I agree with the liberals at Think Progress. Reports of as many as 4,000 gays/lesbians may have been executed in Iran.
