Speed Limits May Be Hazardous To Your Health

Anyone who has been on GA 400 knows wht they call it the "Alpharetta Autobahn." People FLY down that road, despite the 55 MPH speed limit. It is not that uncommon for people to be going 90 or greater on the road. Which puts the speed-limit obeying citizens in danger. And those obeying are in fact the minority. Another bad place is I-75 between Chattanooga and Atlanta. The speed limit is 70, but cops rarely pull you over if you are going less than 15 over, simply because there are SO MANY people who go 10-15 mph over, and also, so many people who go 20-30 mph over the speed-limit.

So some students there decided to do what Glenn Reynolds called "AN EXTRAORDINARY ACT OF CIVIL OBEDIENCE" They decided to make a very legal rolling road block at the speed limit of 55 miles per hour. Watch the 5 minute movie to see how much of a mess they made.
