The plane is an AeroVironment Raven. A 4.2 lb UAV with a max range of 10 km. Rusty suggests that AQ didn't actually shoot the plane down (a thought which is backed up by the fact that there is no significant damage to the vehicle itself), but rather the plane simply ran out of battery life.

Congratulations AQ. You picked up a plane that ran out of juice. It takes a real warrior to accomplish that task. And you'd better be thanking your lucky stars that at a range of only 10 km you weren't tagged by the armed forces members who would be sent to find the lost aircraft.
